How do I return my DNA kit to your lab?Updated a month ago

For customers located in the United Kingdom:

Inside your kit, you'll discover a prepaid envelope designed for the convenient return of your sample to our dedicated returns center. These envelopes can be easily posted in Royal Mail postboxes for hassle-free returns. To find the nearest postbox in your area, simply visit this link: https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/

Please do take note of your return tracking number to ensure you can monitor your samples return.


For all other international sample returns:

To ensure the secure transit of your sample, we make use of FedEx.

If you did request a return waybill with your order you can follow the below instructions to return your sample to our lab.

You may choose to return your sample in one of two ways:

How to Drop-off at your Local FedEx Branch

Please select "Drop labeled package at staffed location" on FedEx webpage.

How to schedule a Pick-up with FedEx

Contact your local FedEx office by following this link

FedEx may request the following information below

  • FedEx Tracking Number - The 12-digit return shipping tracking number may be found on your return shipping waybill 
  • Shipment type    Global return shipment
  • Payment    Paid by receiver
  • Number of packages    Number of samples you are returning
  • Weight    0.5kg
  • Contents    Plastic Swab in Plastic Tube
  • Value    USD$1

Your results and report will be available within approximately 10 working days from receipt by our laboratory.
