Yes, you can request a raw data file for your DNA test.

Please note that the raw data we provide is limited to the genetic markers included in your Stride report. We only analyse and store the specific genetic variants required to generate your results; we do not hold your full genome or any additional genetic data beyond what appears in your report.

To request your raw data file, please contact our Customer Success Team at [email protected], and they’ll be happy to assist.

Please be aware that the file consists of a series of letters and numbers (genetic variant data). Without specialist knowledge or software, it may not be easily interpretable on its own.
