If you've forgotten to activate your kit, there's no need to panic. This step can be completed after the sample has already been submitted as long as you have the Kit ID. To activate your kit you can follow the below steps:

Step 1: Locate Your Kit ID

Your kit ID is a unique code that can usually be found on the tube of your DNA test. It's essential to have this code ready before you start the activation process.

Step 2: Visit the Activation Page

To activate your kit, visit the activation page by clicking on the following link: https://my.getstride.com/start/

Step 3: Enter Your Kit ID

Once you're on the activation page, you'll be prompted to enter your Kit ID. Double-check the code to make sure it's entered correctly.

Step 4: Follow the On-Screen Instructions

After entering your Kit ID, follow the on-screen instructions provided by the activation portal. These instructions may include providing personal information, creating an account, or agreeing to terms and conditions.

Step 5: Confirmation

Once you've completed the activation process, you should receive confirmation that your kit is now linked to your account. This means you're all set to proceed with your test.
